ABOUT

I shape ideas into structure
and flow.

I work with early ideas, workflows, user needs, and system questions, then organize them into clearer logic and structure. My work starts with understanding how people move through information, where things break down, and what needs to connect.

My background brings together IT systems support, UX research, applied data analysis, AI evaluation, documentation, and structured evaluation. That mix taught me how to investigate what is not working, find patterns, document the logic, and build structure people can use.

HOW I WORK

Structure first. Build second.

01

Research & Listen

I start by understanding the people, goals, friction points, and information shaping the work.

02

Map the System

I organize the moving parts: user flows, decision points, content, rules, and what needs to connect.

03

Build & Test

I turn the structure into screens, workflows, logic, or outputs, then test what works and what needs adjusting.

04

Document & Refine

I document the logic, organize what was built, and refine what still needs improvement.

Something stuck, messy, or still taking shape?

Whether you are trying to resolve a problem, improve something that already exists, or figure out what to do with an idea, start with what is going on.
