I work with people and small businesses who need help making sense of work that feels unclear, disorganized, or difficult to move forward. I look at what is happening, where progress is breaking down, and what needs to connect next.
My background brings together IT systems support, UX research, applied data analysis, AI evaluation, documentation, and structured evaluation. That mix taught me how to investigate what is not working, find patterns, organize the logic, and build structure that helps people move forward.
